Overview
Our Exchange and Returns Policy is valid for 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 5 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer an exchange.
Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns are processed as an exchange for a different size or color, or as store credit / gift card.
Eligibility for Exchange
Your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original Packaging: Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Order receipt or invoice is required.
Accepted Reasons for Exchange
- Sizing Issues: Incorrect size received or size does not fit.
- Color Issues: Exchange for a different color of the same product (subject to availability).
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear).
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable.
Exchange Procedure
- Request: Email us within 5 days of delivery at complaints@houseofabyad.com with your order number and exchange reason.
- Approval: We will confirm approval and availability of the requested size or color.
- Return Shipment: Once approved, send the item to our provided return address. Please do not send items to the manufacturer.
Shipping for Exchanges
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Re-shipment Cost: Shipping charges for the exchanged item must be paid before dispatch.
Tracking Recommended: We advise using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
